The next 2 club matches on November 8th and 22nd have been cancelled due to the latest lockdown rules.
Pleasure fishing is allowed. Please observe social distancing and stay safe 🎣👍

Sewerage Works Section Match results:
With the river carrying a few inches of extra water and a bit of colour it was hoped the river would fish a little better, but all competitors struggled due to the amount of leaves in the river system of late.
River match – Sewerage Works Section
Sunday 25th October
Draw: 8am, Fish 9.30am to 2.30pm
£10 pools
Sad news of the recent passing of Frank Posiak after a short illness, thoughts with his family at this time.
Frank was a popular member on match circuit at Belper and a true gentleman.

Match – River Derwent, Sunday 11th October
Draw: 8am in pond car park. Fish 9.30am to 2.30pm

All fish were caught on waggler fished maggot.
The annual charity memorial match was held on the Sewerage Works Section of the Derwent at Belper.
Fished in pleasant September sunshine, with the river at normal level and running clear it was expected to be tough going, however everyone managed a few bites. £45 was raised for charity.

John Mason Memorial Charity Match – Sunday 13th September
Goods Road, Sewerage Works section from Pontoon bridge to Railway bridge.
£15 pools. Draw at 8am at the Spinney. Fish from 9.30am to 2.30pm
Harvey with a lovely 11lb common carp caught from the pond this morning.
Great effort during this morning’s work party on the sewerage works section! Six more pegs had steps put in and shuttering around – from the Spinney down to the railway bridge – with another 3 pegs prepped ready for timber.
